We advertise extensively on relevant recruitment websites to find the correct personnel. We interview our applicants before we send their CVs for a position. We also have tests available when required. The company sometimes prefers their own test to be written. Once a job specification is received by us, we do our best to select a number of suitable applicants. We obtain their permission before submitting them to the client.
