GWP (Good Warehouse Practice)

R3,450.00

This course will give you the basic principles of GWP (Good Warehouse Practice) and help you to understand who, what, where, how, and why these principles apply to you and your company.

A warehouse is basically a transit facility where material from its source is permitted entry if it meets the requirement. Once accepted it is tested to ensure that it meets the specification, is protected and stored in a safe environment until it is dispatched safely to its final destination.

When you add pharmaceutical products to the basic process of warehousing the requirements change. You need the right people, the right premises and equipment, the right conditions of cleanness, temperature, humidity, mitigating against mixups, mistakes, contamination and temperature fluctuations.

The Good Warehouse Practice Course will enable the Warehouse, Wholesaler and Distributor not only to comply with the requirements of Good Warehouse Practice but to exceed them.

The course is broken down into modules to enable you to learn in bite sizes. At the end of each module, you will be required to complete a short quiz to ensure you have grasped the main points outlined in the module.

The final assessment at the end of the course will test your overall understanding. The final assessment is an assignment that will need to be submitted and marked. Once it has been completed and passed, you will receive your Certificate of Competency.
